*In Expansive double, the extra person is charged €10/day.

The rates don't include the Environmental fee: 2 euro/day/room, which is paid with cash on departure.

Prices are per room per day.
Prices include VAT and municipal tax.

Babycot free of charge (one baby cot per room).
Please let us know in advance so we can check cot availability for you.

Pets allowed upon agreement.

In order to confirm a reservation, deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay is required.

In the case of cancellation

22 days or more prior to the arrival, the prepayment is returned in full to the client/visitor (bank transfer expenses are paid by the client/visitor);
14 to 21 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the prepayment is returned to the client/visitor (any bank transfer expenses are paid by the client/visitor);
1 to 13 days prior to the arrival, none of the prepayment is returned to the client/visitor.
Departure prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the remainder of the stay is charged.
